ciferi is a digital product business operated by DVSC (KVK: 92458378), based in the Netherlands. We build audit tools, templates, and resources for finance and assurance professionals. References to "we," "us," or "ciferi" in these terms refer to DVSC, the operator of ciferi.com.
ciferi sells digital products including downloadable templates, checklists, and tools for use in audit and assurance engagements. We also provide free online calculators and resources at no charge.
All products are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods.
When you purchase a ciferi product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own professional work — including on client engagements at your firm. You may adapt and modify templates for your own use.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or repackage any ciferi product, in whole or in part, to third parties. You may not share purchased files with colleagues outside your own direct engagement team without purchasing additional licences.
Free tools and calculators on ciferi.com are provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. They are intended as aids to professional judgment, not substitutes for it. Always apply your own professional expertise and comply with applicable standards.
Nothing on ciferi.com — including templates, calculators, articles, or any other content — constitutes accounting, auditing, legal, or regulatory advice. ciferi products are professional tools to support your own work. They do not create an advisory relationship. You are responsible for the quality and compliance of your own engagements.
All templates and tools are built to reflect common practice under ISAE 3402, ISA standards, and NV COS as of their publication date. Standards change. Verify that any template remains current before use on an engagement.
Our refund policy is described at ciferi.com/refund-policy. We offer a 14-day results guarantee on all paid products.
All content on ciferi.com — including tool designs, template text, written guides, and brand assets — is the property of ciferi and protected by applicable intellectual property law. The limited licence granted in section 3 does not transfer any ownership rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ciferi's liability for any claim arising out of your use of ciferi.com or any ciferi product is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
ciferi products are professional reference tools. You remain fully responsible for the quality, accuracy, and compliance of any work product you deliver to clients.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. The contracting party is DVSC (KVK: 92458378).
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date below. Continued use of ciferi.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
