14-day results guarantee. If you've used the product and haven't saved at least 8 hours on your engagement, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Purchase a ciferi product, use it on a real engagement, and evaluate whether it saved you meaningful time. If after genuine use you haven't saved at least 8 hours, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We ask only that you've made a genuine attempt to use the product. We don't require proof or documentation — your word is enough.
The guarantee applies to all paid digital products sold through ciferi.com, including template packs and downloadable audit tools. It does not apply to free tools or resources.
The 14-day window runs from the date of purchase, not the date of download or first use.
Email [email protected] with your order confirmation and a brief description of how you used the product. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take a few additional days to appear.
Refund requests received after 14 days of purchase will not be approved except in cases of duplicate charges, technical failures that prevented access, or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If you believe you have a valid claim outside the standard window, email us and we'll review it.
